The Warhawk Community Park located at 374 Carline Ave., adjacent to the Clinch Valley Community Action Head Start School formerly known as Carline Community School. The community park will pay homage to those who were bused from the Carline Community School to Tazewell County High School (1948 – 1962), formerly known as the Graham Colored School (1925 – 1948) that is now known as Graham Manor.
The Warhawk Park will include benches, a community garden, cornhole and horseshoe areas. fitness area and equipment, playground equipment, shaded areas, shelters with restroom access, universal ball court, and walking path. The availability of fitness and play equipment will encourage the community to be active and promote mental and physical health while developing a sense of community.
