No fee. No required donation. No percentage of your benefits. Unless a specifically identified person is properly accredited and appointed, EOT1 does not represent you before VA. We cannot promise a rating, award or processing time.

Every gift is voluntary. Veterans are welcome whether or not they donate. Giving does not affect access to support, timing, quality, referrals or VA outcomes. We do not request a share of benefits or backpay.

Participant acknowledgment: I have read or had this agreement explained to me. I understand that EOT1 is not charging me, I do not owe EOT1 any percentage of backpay, and a donation is not required. I understand the limits of EOT1's role and remain responsible for reviewing and approving my submissions.

Privacy: This form sends your answers to EOT1 by ordinary email, which may not be secure. Do not enter SSNs, VA account numbers, passwords, banking information or full medical records. You may instead call 704-208-0275 to arrange an intake.

Urgent help: This form is not monitored continuously and does not file a VA claim or preserve a deadline. For an emergency call 911. Veterans in crisis can call 988 and press 1 or text 838255.
